要約(日本語): The spectrum intensity of twin torch plasma arc was measured and the temperature distribution of twin torch plasma arc was evaluated. As a result, the quality of the twin torch plasma arc was obtained as functions of electric current(50A and 75A and 100A) and torch crossing angle(60°and 90°and 120°) and gas flow rate(15slm and 20slm). The temperature in the middle point is lower than that in the vicinity of the electrodes and anode vicinity obtained the highest temperature. Moreover, the high temperature area expanded as the current or gas flow rate increases or torch crossing angle decreases. In the same gas flow rate,the condition of 60° and 100A has absolutely the maximum in the amount of the high temperature area and cost performance.
