要約(日本語): Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were oxidized by ozone generated by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD). After ozone treatment, the SWCNTs were highly dispersed and solubilized in water by ultrasonication. The water-solubility of SWCNTS was rapidly increased with the ozone treatment time within 50 min. Ozone concentration during the DBD treatment was rapidly increased over 150 ppm until 20 min and then gradually increased up to 200 ppm within 120 min. These results suggest that ozone concentration play an important role for water-solubilizaiton of SWCNTs.
