要約(日本語): The surface chemical and physical properties changes that occur on single-walled carbon nanotubes using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) in air for functionalization and solubilized in water by supersonication are investigated. Ozone generated by DBD plays an important role on introducing functional groups and increasing water-solubility of SWCNTs. Hydrophilic group of ?COOH functionalized on SWCNTs which was confirmed by FTIR and Raman spectrum. It was demonstrated that ozone generated by DBD played an important role on water-solubilization of SWCNTs.
