要約(日本語): In this study, a novel technique for watersolubilizationof Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) by ozone using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) in an atmospheric air was presented. Water solubility of SWCNTs was enhanced by increasing the frequency of DBD supply voltage. The relation between ozone concentration and the treatment time showed a high ozone concentration could be generated under higher frequency. It was observed that the SWCNT-solubilization was much higher at higher frequency DBD compared to lower frequency for only 10 min of ozone treatment time. These results suggest that high frequency DBD play an important role for watersolubilization of SWCNTs after very short treatment time.
