要約(日本語): Hetero spacecharge has been observed in some polymeric materials long time before. However, it is believed that, long duration measurements until breakdown were never reported in the past. In this work, spacecharge measurements at low (~20kV/mm) and high (~100kV/mm) fields are carried out. In some polymers, it has been observed, that, a hetero-charge forms and leads to breakdown (100kV/mm) after sufficiently long time of voltage application. In quite contrast to this hetero-spacecharge formation and related breakdown were not observed in the MgO-XLPE nanocomposite materials.
