要約(日本語): This research is focused on the regioregular poly (3-hexylthiophene) [rr-P3HT] thin film which shows considerable promise as the active layer of organic thin film transistor. In this work, the polymer films are irradiated by the excimer laser. In considering the photo-thermal effect and molecule cutting effect induced by laser ablation, we investigate the possibility of the morphology control of the film.
