要約(日本語): Carbon Nanotube (CNT) has a lot of excellent properties. We focus on the electronic properties, which are expected to be useful for CNT-based Field Effect Transistor. So, we have performed both experiment and simulation of current-voltage (I-V) property for CNT. In the experiment, we found the ohmic relation from I-V property without around 0.25 [V]. We also found same features in the simulation. In the simulation, when the lattice temperature was 400 [K], current peak appeared in the voltage. And the temperature corresponds to of phonon-drag for diamond. Therefore, we think phonon-electron interaction is involved in electric property of CNT.
