要約(日本語): This paper is concerned with a controller design for discrete-time systems with a time-varying delay. Many papers have already considered time-delay systems. However, most results have been given for time-invariant delay case and their stability conditions are rather conservative. To reduce conservativeness, we obtain a improved stability condition for discrete-time delay systems. Based on such an improved stability condition, we proposed a controller design method for discrete-time delay systems. Finally, we give some numerical examples to illustrate our controller design method.
