要約(日本語): In this study, we investigate the effect of increasing comb number on micro mirror plate in increasing out-of-plane rotation angle. The operation characteristics of micro mirror such as resonant frequency and quality factor have also been studied in atmospheric air and vacuum. These operation characteristics are compared with a conventional comb mirror.
