要約(日本語): New ways of powering the transportation often require the use of power converters. One of the main requirements is the conversion efficiency of the system. This paper proposes the use of synchronous rectification in a bi-directional SAZZ topology in order to reduce the reverse recovery of the output diodes and hence improve the efficiency. The experiments on the converter prototype showed that an efficiency improvement as high as 1 % is possible. The peak efficiency of 96 % was measured on a 2.2 kW, 200 kHz single module converter prototype.
