要約(日本語): Dual channel quasi-resonant converters were published earlier in [1]. Their main application areas are especially the dc and mixed local distribution systems as well as dc uninterruptible power supplies in the 0-5 kW range. The formerly proposed converters contained a direct linkage between the input and output midpoint potentials, exhibiting non-isolated configura-tions. At most of those configurations, including the buck converter, the output midpoint potential was floating in com-parison with the input midpoint. It resulted in a significant shortcoming of the original converters, causing high-frequency oscillation of the output midpoint, often significantly limiting their application. Overcoming these adverse properties, the currently presented forward topology includes electrical isola-tion, performed by an isolating high-frequency transformer.
