要約(日本語): Due to many possible faults in the network, the conventional OPF, which considers only the static constraints, cannot guarantee transient and voltage stabilities of the power system after some potential contingencies resulting in severe blackouts and financial losses in many countries. Therefore, both transient and voltage stabilities are issued in the conventional OPF. Evolutionary programming (EP), which gives freedoms in the objective functions and constraint types, is proposed to solve the mentioned problem in this paper. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested on IEEE 30-bus system.
