要約(日本語): In a deregulated environment, TTC is a key index used for energy trading management and transmission system planning. Although TTC calculation has been well conducted, recently the TTC calculation faces a new challenge as more and more generation from renewable energy penetrating into a power system. The main problem associated with the generation from renewable energy is the uncertainty of the output, which may have impacts on the TTC. In this work, the TTC calculation of a power system with wind power generation systems is conducted taking into account the uncertainty of the wind power generation output. In addition, to provide a secure TTC, the transient stability is also considered. The proposed method is applied to the modified IEEE 30-bus system.
