要約(日本語): Three type materials of rotation electrode was use during this experiment. The copper coated gold rotation electrode was used to eliminate surface oxidation effect. The gold coaled rotating electrode works better compared with the others electrodes. The ozone concentration was kept all time at same level. The surface condition was not changed during experiments. Oxidation effect play very important role during ozone generation because oxidation layer decreased discharge number and input power decreased too. One of right way to eliminate this effect is change electrode material and use materials more strong for oxidation effect like gold or stainless steel. Using strong of oxidation effect material we can easily controlled surface condition. Oxidation effect play second role insulated area kept nitrogen inside deeper part of electrode and blocked his diffusion.
