要約(日本語): Microplasma can be found in many applications. In the last years, the technology was used also for surface treatment using argon as discharge gas. Although there is an interest for application driven research many of the microplasma phenomena are not fully understood. Emission spectroscopy is one of the methods to analyze plasma process. The aim of this paper is to analyze the emission spectrum of the microplasma generated by a pulse power supply in a mixture of Ar and N2.
