要約(日本語): Partial discharge (PD) source localization is a key issue for a diagnosis of electric power apparatus and facilities. The system of monitoring an entire substation is a cost-effective approach, which can be developed by using remote sensing technologies. In this paper, we present a method to locate multiple PD sources using maximum likelihood estimation. The signals emitted from PD sources are received with distributed sensors. The sensors send the measurement data to the processing unit which integrates these to estimate the PD source position using maximum likelihood estimation. The capability of the proposed method was confirmed by simulations using the finite difference time domain method.
