要約(日本語): Sensitivity of a leakage current microsensor for detection of interaction between liposome and protein by additive denaturant. The liposome has a spherical shell shape with phospholipid membrane and the membrane property changes by interaction with external protein. The liposome entrapping ions in its cell structure releases the ions due to the interaction with the protein, and generated current by the released ions can be detected with the leakage current sensor. In this work, the authors add a denaturant of the protein to modify the interacting protein state, and detect the changed state of the protein by using the leakage current sensor.
