要約(日本語): The competitive environment has posed a new challenging task to the system operators in managing the security of a transmission network as it is prone to be operated close to its limits. With this regard, the TTC concept was introduced. This paper proposes a probabilistic TTC evaluation with voltage stability consideration. Here the voltage stability is taken into account by using a voltage stability index to predict the occurrence of the voltage instability and indicates the proximity to the voltage collapse. The validity of the proposed method is demonstrated through a numerical simulation on the modified IEEE 30-bus system.
