要約(日本語): Dry air insulation technologies have been developed and applied to C-GISs.Compressed dry air is useful to reduce the size of apparatus and contributes to increase the reliability of insulations. However, basic insulation phenomena under pressure are not well documented.This paper describes the electrode area effect of breakdown field strength in Dry Air. Furthermore, the paper compares the breakdown field strength of Dry Air under LI stress with SF6.
