要約(日本語): To calculate a resonant frequency of a real plano-convex AT-cut quartz resonator by using the FEM, and relate the simulation result to the experimental results are the main research objectives in this study. There are some specific considered conditions on a model of a plano-convex AT- cut quartz resonator. First of all, the measurements and shape of resonators will be defined respectively, the flat plate and the plano-convex type. Secondly, the effect of electrodes will also be an important factor in the model. The further work of this study is the comparison between experimental results and simulation results.
