要約(日本語): Frequency oscillation is one of the most important issues in a power system especially on an isolated hybrid wind-diesel system due to random wind power input, sudden changes in load and generation. To handle this problem, pitch controller in the wind side and governor in the diesel side can be expected to be a cost-effective device for reducing frequency fluctuation. This paper proposes a control design of the both governor and pitch controller simultaneously for frequency control on a hybrid wind-diesel system. The structure of controllers are a 1st-order PI and lead/lag controller. An inverse additive perturbation is applied to guarantee robustness of controller. Moreover, the performance conditions in the damping ratio and the real part of the dominant mode is applied to formulate the optimization problem. The genetic algorithm (GA) is employed to solve the problem. Simulation studies are carried out to evaluate the frequency control effect of the proposed controller in comparison with the PI controllers [3]
