要約(日本語): Optical observation is widely used for pathological inspection in surgery operation. However, this type of observation needs several days to get the result because of its staining process. We proposed to develop a new ultrasonic microscope that can skip the staining process, so that biological tissues can be observed just in few seconds. For the first step, we developed our ultrasonic transmission microscope by transmitting ultrasonic signals from transducer to a sample and biconcave lens. Then, receiving transducer will catch the signals and change it to electrical signals. In the future, we will measure the required time for multi-probe scanning by work on more than 8 receiving transducer and drive the array using electrical scan.
