要約(日本語): This paper shows a new Active Career Mode Membership circuit based on the definition of the intrinsic Career Mode, in which an evaluation to the partial vibration in non-fuzzy input can be expressed by a time sequential grade. The circuitry to implement this membership consist of the threshold cell array part, the select part of the cell outputs and synthesis part of the grade, in which the SCL technologies are applied.By the PSPICE simulation to the circuitry, it was shown that the exact and the stable operation have been realized.
