要約(日本語): The influence of power semiconductor characteristic in PWM inverter on the magnetic hysteresis loop in silicon steel is discussed. The magnetic hysteresis curve of PWM inverter-fed electrical steel has a lot of minor loops on it. Through the discussion of the time series of the magnetic flux density and field, these minor loops are caused by the property of the magnetic flux density; and further, the property of the magnetic flux density is affected by output voltage shifts of the PWM inverter. Then, PWM inverter circuit analysis points out that the PWM inverter’s semiconductors’ characteristic, on-voltage, makes output voltage shifts. Therefore, the power-semiconductor characteristic in PWM inverter influences the hysteresis loop in silicon steel.
