要約(日本語): In most cities, traffic congestion is a main problem that should be tackled. Traffic control/operation systems based on information gathered from probe vehicles have attracted a lot of attentions. In this paper, we examine some provision of travel information to solve traffic jam. Although it is a conventional to provide the mean of historical accumulated data, we introduce 25 percentile and 75 percentile because a distribution of link travel time tend to have two peaks. And we evaluate the accuracy of information based on the scheduling cost that consists of early and late arrival.
