要約(日本語): Temperature characteristic of quartz hydrogen sensor has been simulated to verify the finite element method model. Several optimal designs were carried out by changing the width and length of connection part. The simulation result indicate out that a narrower and longer connection part can successfully improve the sensitivity of hydrogen sensor since heat transfer to supporting part is reduced. Future work of this study will be design sensors of different dimensions stepping on the simulation result.
