要約(日本語): Micro plasma generated dielectric barrier discharge with autonomously self organized structure under certain conditions has attracted profound attention. In the present study, Micro-gap was created using sapphire and glass dielectric to produce micro-gap discharge at atmospheric pressure. Since The charge accumulated in the dielectric is estimated to an important factor that affects the state of DBD, and also affects the self-organized structure, we produced a high density plasma using sapphire dielectric. Also secondary electron emission coefficient of the dielectric affects discharge current and breakdown voltage. For that reason we have compared the discharge current and breakdown voltage phenomena between sapphire and glass dielectric. As a result, it shows the effectiveness of sapphire dielectric in self organized micro plasma research over glass dielectric material.
