要約(日本語): A lot of works have recently been devoted to improve the dielectric properties of insulating oil by adding specific functional additives into the oil, while fewer studies have been focused on modifications of the insulating paper. This paper deals with the creeping discharge properties to improve the electrical characteristics of oil/pressboard (PB) composite system by coating epoxy resin on PB. The effect of epoxy resin coating upon the surface of Pressboard (PB) on the creepage discharge properties like discharge length is discussed under positive standard lightning impulse voltage.
