要約(日本語): Our research has been working on the observation and evaluation of the PD phenomena to occur in the cylindrical cavity in the glass epoxy laminated board from the viewpoint of training of the educational front. In this work, the consideration is possible to evaluate the quantity of electric charge and the location of PD light emission. This report informs the results of PD light emission and charge quantity from a cylinder form cavity which is surrounded in insulating laminated board with and without carbon fiber as intermediate.
