要約(日本語): Plasma can be applied on the water surface to generate NO3- in water. The water treatment system using multi spark plugs was created. However the previous system was not so powerful to generate the NO3-. Therefore in this research, the newer water treatment system using bubbling method is proposed to increase the NO3-. Then the generated NO3- using bubble and without bubble are compared. The result shows that the generated NO3- concentration using bubble was higher than generated NO3- concentration without bubble. For 50% duty cycle, the generated NO3- using bubble is 3.5 times higher than generated NO3- without bubble.
