要約(日本語): In power generating plant, the scales on the water pipe degrade cooling efficiency due to the consumption of unnecessary energy.In this research, we aim to control the scale in the hard water using HVI (High Voltage Impulse) and to examine the effect of flow rate on scale control.At a flow rate of 320 [ml / min], it starts to saturate after a certain period of time and it is hard to see that the calcium concentration is decreasing.
