要約(日本語): We have experienced huge earthquakes like Great East Japan Earthquake many times up to now and can expect they will happen in the near future, unfortunately. In such a case, logistics of emergency relief supplies is so important for us to survive in the situation.This paper proposes an optimization method for optimal allocation and distribution areas of secondary depots in case of natural disaster. The method utilizes k-means++ for obtaining initial distribution areas of secondary depots and tabu search for obtaining optimal allocation of secondary depots and optimal vehicle routing for distribution of emergency relief supplies in each area. The proposed method is applied to a disaster case in which a huge earthquake assumes to hit Chiba city.
