要約(日本語): A deadtime causes the output voltage error in a voltage source inverter, which deteriorates the speed/position sensorless motor control performance. In the case of using an ideal switch in computer simulation, the output current is clamped around the zero crossing point because the ac-side output terminal of the clamped phase is electrically disconnected from the dc voltage side. This paper indicates that the ideal switch model is not appropriate to consider the output voltage compensation because the experimental result showed that the inverter ac-side output terminals were never disconnected from the dc-side.
