要約(日本語): One of the alternatives in hybrid electric vehicle applications is a switched reluctance motor. Switched reluctance motors are considered have several advantages, such as low manufacturing cost, high reliability, robust, possible operation at high temperature, and high rotational speed.Flattening radial force sum is one possible way to reduce acoustic noise and vibration of switched reluctance motor [1]. In this paper, flattening radial force sum method is proposed to reduce acoustic noise and vibration of 18-12 switched reluctance motor in magnetically saturated condition. Driving current is derived to minimize variation of radial force sum. Proposed driving current consists of DC, fundamental, second, and third harmonic components. A comparison is presented between the FEM analysis and approximation.
