要約(日本語): This paper proposes a method to measure a feasible region size of total transfer capability (TTC) under uncertainties in robust power system security, where positive size indicates feasibility, while negative, infeasibility. A six-bus power system model is used to examine the effectiveness of the proposed method. The simulation results show that the proposed method is useful to assess a feasible region of TTC for 24-hour in guaranteeing the security criterion, which is applied to the dynamic economic dispatching problem using DC power flow model.
