要約(日本語): It is of prime importance to keep supply and demand balance in microgrid with high penetration of renewable energy sources such as wind turbine or photovoltaic. In order to save investment cost, the contribution to frequency regulation from renewable energy sources has been highly expected. The authors also have developed the frequency regulation methods based on combinational application of active power curtailment and inertial response control of wind turbine. In this paper, more detailed wind turbine model including the rotational speed characteristic was newly added to the wind turbine model and the effectiveness of the inertial response control was examined through numerical simulation.
