要約(日本語): Renewable energy sources (RES), such as wind and solar power, play a big role in a recent power system. Although the main stream research has been focusing on power prediction methods, not so many researchers have examined prediction errors. However, their impacts on a power system largely depend on their error characteristics. The indicators such as RMSE (root mean square error) are used for assessing its error, but it only gives a measure for the scale of errors.This paper newly proposes an error evaluation method for a wind power generation. The proposed method can identify the phase and amplitude errors in prediction errors. The performance of the proposed method is analyzed with artificial and real data.
