要約(日本語): In this paper, BESS along with the established devices, Step Voltage Regulator (SVR), is cooperated to control the voltage in distribution system. Because BESS is relatively with high cost, it needs to be used with proper state of charge (SOC) to protect it from overcharge/discharge. The combination of BESS and SVR realize the SOC management of BESS, and the method to deal with the delay of SVR in voltage regulation is proposed.
