要約(日本語): This paper designs a power smoothing system for microgrid by using electric double layer capacitor(EDLC). The system compensates the grid power fluctuation caused by renewable power and sudden load change. In the system, an active power filter based power smoothing control strategy has been proposed and a damping characteristic of the entire system has been presented which makes the control method design easy and accurate. Besides, its validity has been verified by simulation.
