要約(日本語): A DC-DC converter made compactly using flyback circuit to power a gate driver IC with the peripheral circuit for automotive use is developed so that the converter and the IC with the circuit should be integrated in a single PCB. The converter has both H-side and L-side outputs generated by a shunt regulating circuit using a Zener diode. Stable DC outputs are successfully obtained even against the output current variation. The presentation will also report the performance of the flyback converter as the power source of the gate driver circuit for power semiconductors.
