要約(日本語): With the photovoltaic (PV) penetration, the voltage rise problem is becoming more and more serious due to the reverse power flow in distribution systems. Conventionally, step voltage regulators (SVRs) have been used to keep voltage profile within the allowable range. In fact, not only LDC parameters but also time delay of tap operations is an important factor to decide control performance, in particular, in the case of the system with multiple SVRs. Hence, in this paper, the relationship between the parameter setting of the time delay and the control performance is analyzed based on a distribution system model with two SVRs and PVs.
