要約(日本語): A multi-terminal VSC HVDC system is proposed for the long-distance wind power transmission in an East Japan model power system. Since the economic benefits are highly affected by the investment costs of the VSC HVDC system, a hierarchical optimal power flow (OPF) approach with multi time sections is developed for both the effective VSC HVDC system capacity determination and the economic load dispatch. The variations of the load-demand and wind power production are taken into account as the form of different time sections.
