要約(日本語): This paper presented a design of a DAB3 converter for EV charger application. Based on the theoretical waveforms, the average and root-mean-square current at each switching device can be calculated. In order to have high power density and high efficiency, the switching frequency is chosen at 100 kHz, and the switching device is SiC. Experimental results shows that, soft-switching is achieved and efficiency at 1kW is about 95.2%.
