要約(日本語): This study applied the disturbance of observer (DOB) to inertial response (IR) control which can mitigate frequency drop effectively by using the kinetic energy which stored at rotating blades to increase the wind power output and developed a comparably detailed model of microgrid with wind turbine, photovoltaics and two diesel engine generators. In addition, the diesel engine generator model was developed based on the ISO Standard 8528-1 to 8528-5, which describe reciprocating internal combustion engine driven alternating current generating sets with application, ratings and performance of a standard model. The relative parameters used in diesel engine generator model were regulated according to the ISO standard and other references.
