要約(日本語): In this paper, we propose a hybrid control system for variable speed wind turbines to improve the short-term frequency stability caused by a generator tripping. The proposed system adapts different frequency support strategies depending on the wind speed. A novel de-loading curve combined with inertia emulation is used to increase the frequency support ability at low wind speed band. The simulations indicate that by operating at de-loaded state while additionally emulating inertia, a long support period can be achieved.
