要約(日本語): This paper proposes ELM-type-RBFN for electricity price prediction. The use of ELM enables to speed up the learning process and construct more robust models. To improve the proposed method, the Wavelet Transform of Level 4 is employed to deal with the feature extraction of input variables as a precondition technique. Also, ensemble learning is proposed to enhance the model accuracy. The proposed method is successfully applied to real data of electricity price in ISO New England.
