There, the author found a material that Professor Yagi talks a parable about a patent application being rejected because of prior announcement in a magazine. The author analyzed the process of creation of the invention and set up two hypotheses that were the factors why Lecturer Uda couldn't become the inventor at that time Professor Yagi applied for. One is the embodiment of an idea, and the other is the loss of novelty.
