要約(英語): In this paper, we propose a novel method for detecting cooking motion from video in which a cook is cooking. Firstly we try to extract certain feature areas which are important for detecting cooking motion from video, such as cooking materials and arms of cooks. In the second step, cooking operation area can be detected, and finally we identify cooking operations such as ‘mixing’, ‘heating’, and ‘cutting’. With experiences, we show the ability of our proposed method.
