要約(英語): Fuel cells are expected to be ones of the main power generation facilities in future, and hydrogen technology is necessary as fuel for fuel cells. This report describes latest progress on fuel cell and hydrogen technology. Main research items are recent energy situation, hydrogen technology on production, storage and transfer, recent fuel cell technology, fuel cells as hydrogen usage and fuel cells and hydrogen in future networks. Based on the above information, the authors tried to clarify the future general networks by electricity and hydrogen. Positioning of fuel cells within such general networks is also tried to be clarified. Additionally, path to the future electric and hydrogen networks is mentioned.
