要約(英語): Creation of safe and relieved environment is needed for the enhancement of production in buildings and factories, the prevention of failure of electrical installation, and the prevention of accidents due to human errors, etc. To create such environment, we need to consider the following topics: (1) the use of facilities of power distribution and the maintenance of the facilities, (2) the prevention of failure and accidents caused by human errors, (3) the detection of precautionary signals generated by abnormal operation and the prompt repair of electric installation failure. A creation and maintenance of safe and relieved environment are not easy because we need much cost. We can get such safe and relieved environment if the costs concerning safety in your company increases. This technical report collects the basis of failure and accidents caused by electrical installation used in buildings and factories, and its prevention etc. The technical report will be useful for promoting safety techniques.
